Innovation Rewards:

Fred Shearer and Sons is working to drive innovation in the industry, and what better way that to ask those who work out there every day.

 

In our effort to find new and more productive ways to do things, we will be offering rewards for innovations that help us get our work done both faster and safer.

 

Innovations will be rewarded with a $25.00 gift card for each idea that’s put into play, and at the end of the year the Safety Committee will choose one innovator to receive a $250.00 gift card.

 

So, if you have a great idea and haven’t shared it yet, present it to your foreman, and if it’s put into practice, you’re in line for the big prize.
