DISABILITY AND ACCOMMODATION

In accordance with state and federal law, the Company will make reasonable accommodations if you have a disability that impacts your ability to perform the job. However, all employees must be able to properly perform all essential functions of their job with or without reasonable accommodation that does not cause undue hardship to the Company.

If you have a disability that affects your ability to work and you need an accommodation, you must discuss your circumstances with your supervisor or Human Resources as soon as you are aware of your disability and the need for accommodation. The Company may request medical records, expert examinations and opinions to verify your disability, identify potential reasonable accommodations, or to determine whether your continued work would pose a safety or health risk to yourself or other employees. We will keep medical information confidential except to the extent that other employees or management need this information to evaluate and implement your request for accommodation or to determine if the Company can accommodate your disability and how.
