Housekeeping is an important factor on our projects. FSS has a policy that “Nothing hits the ground” meaning that all debris is immediately put into the dumpsters and debris piles are not allowed. A neat clean job reflects directly on workmanship of the project’s personnel and our company. Housekeeping creates a lasting impression. We are a service-oriented business.
If our clients observe work areas in disarray, it reflects directly on our abilities as a contractor. Failure to keep your area clean can result in disciplinary action.

It is the responsibility of every worker on the job to keep his or her work area neat, clean and organized. This helps ensure safe work areas. Never rely on others to maintain your work area. Good housekeeping is especially critical in general access areas. Aisles, passageways, stairs, floor perimeters, entrances and exits must be kept clear of debris/tripping hazards.
