A Company vehicle may be available for bona fide company business. Use of personal vehicles for Company business is discouraged unless prior arrangements have been made between the Company and the employee.

Use of a Company vehicle will be per the discretion of the site supervisor.

The vehicle must be inspected prior to use, utilizing the company vehicle checklist. Report any defective equipment immediately. Report any accidents or damage to the vehicle to the site supervisor immediately.
